The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on

There were present the President, Messrs Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Little, Livermore and Norcross. _

The record was read. _

Surveyor's Bill _

The President presented the bill of Mr J. Herbert Shedd for surveys in the Cemetery from _________ to , _ amounting to six hundred and twenty & 22/100 dollars _ $620.22

Voted that the Treasr be ordered to pay the bill. _

Representn of Lots _

Upon the application of the parties in interest representatives were designated for the several lots in connection with which they are named, as follows: _

599 Anna L. Shaw, of Boston, daughter of Jesse Shaw, decd propr of lot numbered 599;

1364 Dr. Wm B. Morris, of Charlestown, son of Charles Morris, decd propr of lot numbered 1364;
