G. Blandin, Esq., Providence, R.I.
Dear Sir:-
The original corner posts on your lot were removed and moulded posts set in place of them, but on these the number of the lot was not cut as required by our bye-laws. The number could be cut in the simplest manner on the front of the monument for $3.00 It is important that the lot should be marked with a number without delay.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.

My dear Sir,
I owe you a dozen apologies for neglecting your request for information & forms so long: -- but [have?] hardly known for a month whether I was in or out of the body, such has been the load of work upon me. I shall be so occupied for a week or ten days.
After that, if I can do you service I shall be most happy to comply with your wish, if such matters will then be seasonable. Please inform.
Very respy. yours
A.J. Coolidge Secretary
Messrs R.A. & Q.A. Vinal,
Gentlemen,
I have written you twice before that there is a difficulty and contradiction about the numbers applied to your lots in the Cemetery -- 2767, 2768, 2769, 2770, 2771, which I wish you to enable us to clear up. To say nothing of the error upon our present plan, we are preparing a lithograph plan for the proprietors, as it is to be regretted that any known error should be perpetuated. You can of course, set it straight, if you choose - and I trust you will do so.
Yours respy
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
