A cloudy day but no rain. Ben worked on Owens house. Josie staid at home and worked all day.
Ben carried me to Johnson Reynolds be fore light this morning. I went with them to Danville. We was at Spring Garden be fore it was light good. We saw lots of pretty things. I did not by much. Eat supper at Mollies and enjoyed it. The boys Robert and Floyd got them a bycicle to day.
I am at home to night O K. Miss Janie is here to night. I enjoy having her.

A cloudy day. Ben has bin complaining all day.
Mr Owen and Marvin and William Gilbert killed two hogs for Ben this evening.
Josie got dinner. I cleaned up the smoke house then I took he fat off the intrils and cleaned the feet of the hogs.
Ben carried Miss Janie home and got Mr Jim Emersons tining tools. He wants to cover Owens house soon.
Henry and Edna went to school to day. Floyd Reynolds come by here this evening and got a few eggs. He was on his bycicle. I feel like I know he broke them.
8 oclock
Cloudy this morning. Clear this evening. We all staid at home until dinner then Ben went to Mr Dews to try to run his new car.
Jim went to Marvins Wren Worsham & some of the children come to Marvins.
Doris and Emit & Aubrey Brumfield & Floyd Reynols was here a while today.
We heard today that Ola Jeferson has a daughter

A good day. We all staid at home. John & his children was here. Mary Brumfield & Doris & Janie Brumfield & Gladis Floid Reynolds and Irvin Harvey was all here this evening.
Josie and I got dinner. We had a nice roast of beef Mollie Reynolds gave me. I think all enjoyed them selves.
Mary & Edwin had quite an arguament a bout woman voteing.
10: oclock
A good day and much colder. Jim and Ben helped strip tobacco. They loaded the waggon for the market. I am afraid it will be snowing.
Josie ironed today. I got dinner. This evening I went to see Mollie Reynols. Johnson finished stripping tobacco this evening and loaded it on the truck. Floid Reynols is bad off with colde. Mollie got a letter from Julia today. Mildred is a bout well a gain.
Kate Harvey come by Reynols on her way to see Carries. I did not see Carrie to day. If the weather and my health will admit I will go to see her tomorrow.
Floyd Keen Reynolds (1904-1957) was the eleventh child of Mollie and Johnson Reynolds. He married Ruth Burnette on October 30, 1926.
