Dear Sir

The annual cost of bedding with plants two beds in the front borders of your lot #4753 - each border bed to be five ft long and two and one half ft wide would be $15⁰⁰ (8 to 10 dozen plants)

A perpetual arrangement of this kind could be made by a deposit of $375⁰⁰

In regard to sod in your lot that needs repair. I find the sod was placed around the headstone after seting. The charge for care does not include renewal of sod.

It will cost $250 to repair the sod.
