Dear Sir
In regard to myrtle grave that did not prove satisfactory I find the order given in the spring only called for a few more plants of myrtle and the gardener did not feel justified in digging on and refilling the grass with loam and manure as should have been done. The myrtle will never be satisfactory as it is now planted. To take up the myrtle and reset it is worth $3. but you can have it done for $2 in respect of the $1 now charged
Very respectfully J.W. Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
