Messrs Thompson & Harmon have ordered a foundation in your lot #2078. The enclosed bill has been due since 1878 and by vote of the Trustees I am not allowed to do work on lots where there are unpaid bills.

If you will please arrange the matter with our Treasurer the work will be attended to.
