Mrs H.G. Parker

Dear Madam

In regard to the trees on either side of your lot #787 (heirs Wm Brown) the Trustees consent to the removal of the oak tree on the right hand side, provided the grading of the lot on the rear toward Hibiscus path & Cypress Ave is modified which they consider would much improve the appearance, and the expense of which would not be very great.

The oak tree is probably the source of nearly all of the discoloration to the marble, and if you complete the contract for the perpetual care of the lot an estimate for which has first been sent, there need be no difficulty about having the marble kept clean and I think in a condition which would be satisfactory to you.

Ys very truly J.W. Lovering Supt.
