Mr Lovering Supt requests me to answer your letter of 13th as I took Mrs Baldwin's written order for the myrtle grave planted last August.

I took the order at the Corporation office issued it to the gardener. I have today been with him to the lot and he is absolutely sure of planting the grave there. If you would like to see the gardener at your office he will call.

The work done by the Corporation for Mr A. Baldwin was as follows

Care of lot	$3.00
Plants	3.00.
Top dressing	2.00

If an order should be given for the 3 lots together the prices would be as follows -

Care	$8.00
Plants	$5.00 to $6.00
Top dressing	$4.50

Dear Sir

I have examined the list of 121 O'B. lots sent today and find we have an order for #142 date Jan. 13 [18]82 signed Miss A.O. Williams and for #1600 date Jan 6 [18]82 signed Miss E. Sparrow.

We have continued order for ¹/2 (Richards) of #1235. O'B had care of the other half last year. We have an order for #2235. Perhaps it is 2233-4 that he wants permits on not #2234-5. We have an order on #3034 O'B probably means #3024 . We have an order on #3442 and the prop of #3450 stated here that Mr A.H. Baldwin had no authority to order for #3442 or #3450.
