The Committee on Grounds reporting that they had deemed it expedient to extend the grading and sodding of the bank on Indian Ridge Path to a line extending from Lot No 4305 to Lot No 4039, so as to include Lot No 580, at an expense of $150.–, it was

The President having exhibited a plan for a change in the laying out of Fountain Av., prepared under the advice of the Superintendent, and recommended by the Committee on Grounds, it was

Voted, – that the laying out of Fountain Av. be, and the same is hereby modified in such manner as to conform to the plan exhibited to this Board, prepared by the Superintendent, and recommended by the Committee on Grounds
