Choice of Trustees postponed to Adjourned Meeting _ On motion by Mr Alfred T. Turner, it was
Voted that the election of Trustees be postponed to the meeting to which this shall be adjourned
Meeting to be notified in same manner as Annual Meeting _
Further, upon motion by Mr A. T. Turner, it was
Voted that this meeting stand, adjourned to, at half past three o'clock p.m., and that the Secretary be instructed to notify the meeting in the manner prescribed in the charter for the Annual Meeting.

Annual Reports accepted. [Adjourned Annual Meeting _ ]
On motion also by Mr A.T. Turner, it was
Voted that the Annual Reports be taken from the table; and by distinct motions, the Reports of the Trustees, the Treasurer and the Superintendent were adopted. _
The Chairmn stated that the next business in order was the election of Trustees: _
Resignation of Paul Adams & James Cheever as Trustees _
The Secretary read letters of resignation as members of the board of trustees from Messrs Paul Adams, whose term would have expired in the year , and James Cheever, whose term would have expired in . _
Four Trustees to be chosen _
The Chairman stated that there were therefore four trustees to be chosen _ two for a term of six years, and two for the unexpired terms of the trustees resigned. _
Rev. G.E. Ellis declined to run as candidate _
Revd Geo. E. Ellis said that he had been informed since he entered the hall that his name had been placed upon on of the ballots as a candidate for the Board of Trustees. It had been so used without his knowledge or consent, and as it would be impossible for him to serve, he must respectfully decline the nomination.

On motion by Mr Henry A. Snow,
it was
Voted that the Trustees be requested to place some other Superintendent in office at Mount Auburn instead of Capt. Winsor. ~
