The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on Tuesday, , at 10 o'clock a.m.
There were present, the President, and Messrs. Cheever, Livermore, Norcross, Rand and Sleeper. _
The record of the last meeting was read. _
Proposal to sell Wyeth House & Land to Corporation _
The President read a communication from Alexander McDonald offering to sell to this Corporation the house and land belonging to and occupied by Misses Elizabeth and Mary Wyeth, nearly opposite to Mount Auburn Gate, as soon as he should obtain the conveyance from them, for the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000),. This offer was accompanied by the written proposal of the Misses Wyeth.
Special Comee authorized to purchase _
It was thereupon
Voted that the President and Messrs. Cheever and Livermore be a committee with full power to purchase, if they deem it expedient, the estate of the Misses Wyeth nearly opposite Mount Auburn Gate.
Appropriation to purchase Wyeth House moved _
It was further
Moved that the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) be hereby appropriated for the purchase of said Wyeth estate, which motion under the rule went over to the next meeting.

Contracts for Perpetl Repair _
The Committee on Lots reported that they^had contracted for the Perpetual Repair of lots as follows: _
1484 With Henry A Whitney for lot numbered 1484, owned by the heirs of Mary Pratt, deceased, for four hundred and fifty dollars: _
904 1309. With Dr. Wm R. Lawrence for lots numbered 904 and 1309 owned by him, for five hundred and fifty dollars: _
693 With the Executors of Nabby Joy, for lot numbered 693 belonging to her estate, for five hundred dollars: _
3356 With the Executors of John T. Kelley, for lot numbered 3356 belonging to his estate, for six hundred and seventy five dollars: _

And it was
Voted that the said contracts be severally ratified. _

A bill of A. J. Coolidge for $45.00 for examining titles of estates purchased by the heirs of C. Stone, and of E. & M. Wyeth, was referred to the Finance Comee with full power.
