George F. Parkman Esq

Dear Sir

Within an short time an order has been received from you for the care of your lot #326. for the coming service year.

Another order has been given by Miss E.S. Parkman to Mr O'Brien who takes care of some of the lots in the cemetery.

The corporation has taken the care of your lot for a number of years, and I know of no reason why the work has not been satisfactory, so that I hope you will continue the care of the lot with the corporation.

It is the desire of the Trustees that all work in the Cemetery should be done by the regular Employees of the corporation as far as it is acceptable to proprietors of both.

Unless I hear from you to the contrary I will take the care of your lot as usual, and if anything in regard to the work is not satisfactory, I will endeavor to have it changed.

Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt.
