Chas. B. Barrett Esq. 45 No. Market St. Boston

Dear Sir

We cannot afford to Top dress Lots 3256 & "57 for less than $2.50 each, neither would it be just to charge you a less price than others are paying. Do you wish us to do the work at the price named viz., $2.50 each?

Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.

Clement Jewett Esq. 19 W. 32d. St. New York.

Dear Sir

Immediately upon the receipt of your favor I visited your Lot #3651 and found that with the exception of the Myrtle Grave it was in excellent condition and looking as well as any of the neighboring Lots. As I have before said however, the 4 myrtle graves need repairing and it will cost $2.00 apiece to put them in good condition or $8.00 for the whole, do you wish us to do this for you?

Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.
