Dear Sir,

Enclosed please find Map of Cemetery with "Working Sections for Gardening Work" marked and numbered in blue, also "description" of sections (on separate sheet).

Should a system of sections be adopted for Gardening work this manner of division is suggested by Mr. Collins, Gardener, and meets with my approval.

Very truly Yours C.W. Folsom Supt

Dear Sir

I saw the Agent in regard to the insurance and the old policy has been extended to noon.

Your memo. was House $1000, Barn & shed $700, carts wagons $500, Hay $200 Horses $1200, total $3600. -

Agent says the company will not take but $1500 on any one barn & property in it, but if you will put $1000 more on house, he can take out a policy in another company & make up the amount on barn, all this at old rates.

Respectfully. J.W. Lovering Supt

Josiah B. Hagar Esq 37 Long Wharf Boston

Dear Sir:

Lot No. 3028 Rosebay Ave contains 600 sq. ft. The regular price for that sized Lot is for care $8.00, for top dressing $7.00. We do not consider it using other proprietors in good faith, to make special contract with any one at reduced rates. We must therefore respectfully decline to care for your lot for $3.00 per an., but trust that you will return enclosed order duly signed

Very Respectfully James W Lovering Supt per Childs
