Lot 575. Geo. C. Shattuck Dep. for p. c. of sd. Lot to be transferred &c.
A written report was also received from the same Committee, to whom, at the meeting of was referred the subject of an agreement made for the perpetual care of Lot No 575, George C. Shattuck proprietor, in consideration of the donation of one thousand dollars made by him to the general funds of the corporation; recommending, for reasons stated, "that said amount of one thousand dollars be transferred from the general funds of the corporation to an account with said Lot, the income thereof to be applied in conformity with the vote referred to." And it was
Voted, – that said report be accepted, and the recommendations thereof adopted.

A report was also received form the same committee to whom, at the last meeting, was referred the petition of Nancy C. Carter, widow of Luke Carter, late proprietor of Lot 1164, for appointment as representative of said Lot, recommending that said petition be granted. And it was
