Dear Sir
Your favor of the 20th inst received.
It has not been my fault that you have had as yet no answer. I put the matter promptly before our Trustees & several have visited the spot. I have been awaiting their vote making it ornamental Ground. I can inform you, however, with pleasure that those whom I have seen are favorably disposed. I will let you know as soon as this matter is settled.
Respectfuly JW Lovering

Dear Sir:
As nearly as I can judge the Tomb #3580 is worth about $4000. The four lower catacombs are worth $1000.00
Very Respectfully James W Lovering Supt. per Childs.

Dear Sir
From the front of the catacombs to the Brick step in front, is 8 ft, and across 9 ft 5 inches. The sarcophagus could be put in by dispensing with the use of two of the Catacombs.
By the ByLaws of the Corporation the whole construction of Tombs must be approved by the Committee on Lots (of the Trustees) Mr. S. T. Snow 47 Kilby St. is the chairman of the committee and I have forwarded the plans &c to him for approval
Yours truly

Dear Sir
I have received your plans of sarcophagus from the Committee on Lots, approved on condition that the "Supt. shall have such supervision as may be necessary to ensure the complete exemption from anything disageeable arising from its use"
To carry out the above, it will be necessary as its the case of all catacomb tombs, to ^have communication direct from the sarcophagus through the floor of the tomb to the earth, and whenever any body is placed in the sarcophagus, the sarcophagus must be hermetically sealed with cement according to the standing regulations for burial in tombs, except where the connection is made with the earth.
To put in this sarcophagus will oblige you to dispense with the use of two of the catacombs in tomb.
Yours truly
