Your letter of the 10^th inst is received. We have found it advisable to issue the "circulars" this fall for work to be done through the year of 1874. If you notice the stamp on the circular you will see that it is dated January 1 1874.

I am very sorry you were caused any trouble in the matter.

Your favor of 10^th inst. at hand. Lot 2692 next South East of yours is owned by Lawson Valentine of New York. (this is the latest address we have)

I can sell you a lot opposite yours on Fountain Ave, and of the same size (20'x20' posted, number cut, graded and sodded for $1150. I can give you a lot 15'x20' in same locality for $875 finished in same way. Should be pleased to show you the lots when you can come out, or I can be found at 16 Pemberton Sq Room 6 from 12 to 2 P.M. on Saturdays.

Your valued order of May 5 with check enclosed for $6.⁰⁰ is received. Since the blank order was mailed to you the Trustees have reduced the price of care; they now charge for a lot of 400 ft., that being the size of 2692, $5.00 per year. The Treasurer will place the excess of the check is $1.⁰⁰ to the credit of the lot.
