Dear Sir: -

Messrs Bowker, Torrey & Co. have sent me the sizes of two foundations which they say that you are to order. As the season for that kind of work will soon be at an end, it is important that the order, with the exact locations should be sent soon.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Chas. E. Hall, Esq., Boston.

Dear Sir: -

I have received an order to build a foundation in the lot of the late Samuel Batchelder, for which you were to send the size. It is important that I should have this at once, as from the number of foundations ordered at this season there may be considerable delay.

Respectfully yours,

W. W. Vaughn, Esq., Boston.

Dear Sir: -

Your note of is received. The work for which enclosed charge is made was done on the lot of the late Samuel Batchelder under an order dated and signed by M. W. Batchelder, and a letter dated and signed by Miss Mary C. Batchelder for Mrs. Batchelder.

The lot was sold under perpetual care of grass, but this does not cover the care or repair of seqequent additions. The myrtle on the childs grave and in the border is not covered by the perpetual care contract, but as we do not x x nowplant myrtle on graves except in that way, the charge of $20.00 is made, and when paid will be added to the repair fund to provide for future repairs to Mr. Batchelders grave.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.
