So Gate

Ordered that the Gate on the Southerly side of the Cemetery, be closed & fastened permanently

Labourers

Ordered that, in as much as it is indispensable to the good order of the Cemetery, that all labourers there be under the immediate direction & control of the Superintendant, no persons shall be employed in digging out & improving lots in the Cemetery except such as are employed by the Superintendant; or with his and all mechanics working in the Cemetery shall and all Carmen & others handling stone & materials therein shall be under his direction

Oxen

Ordered that the Superintendant purchase a pair of working Oxen, for the use of the Garden & Cemetery—
