Dear Sir,
I sent you a bill to Vienna Me. on the containing sundry items for work on your lot in years past. As you have been gone for some time, there has been no opportunity to present you the bill. Indeed in June last I did not know that your residence was in Vienna. I have since ascertained that such is the fact.
I enclose another bill with interest added, and I ask your earliest attention to the discharge of the same.
Respectfully yours
A.J. Coolidge Treasr

Dear Sir,
Allow me again to call your attention to bill of $49.63 due for work upon your lot since August last -- almost one year -- We do not usually allow our bills to stand so long -- but as you made objection ^to pay until you could see the Supt in the Spring, I have not pressed you. Spring has come and gone; and I must now request payment of the bill. --
Respectfully yours
