I have shown two plans of your lot in Mt Auburn to Mr Curtis viz a tracing of the present location, and one of the proposed location, and stated as fairly as possible your views.
He wished me to leave them with him, and to say to you that he would be pleased to confer with you about the matter.

Please get Mrs Willard's signature, and when you have the Treasrs receipt for the amount; return the document to me for completion & record.
The main body of the instrument must, I think be considered an agreement subject to a stamp duty of 5 cts & the certificate of the Comee on lots 5 cts more.-
My charge will be $2.-
