Mrs. James C. Fisk, Quincy St., Cambridge.

Dear Madam:-

I have looked very carefully into the charge for the work on your lot and find that the foundation was for a larger and heavier monument than in the former case. The work was constructed in an entirely different way in accordance with what was understood to be your wishes. If you will see Mr. McArthur when you are here I think he will be able to give you a satisfactory explaination in detail.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

A.P. Kitching, Esq., #15 Mills St., Boston.

Dear Sir:-

On the remains of Anna P. Kitching were deposited in our Receiving tomb. The undertaker did not pay the fee, and as this is payable in advance I will be obliged if you will forward me the amount ($20.00) that I may be able to square my accounts for the month.

Respectfully yours, Supt.

Your note is received, and certificate is herewith enclosed, which will take the place of a receipt. The terms for the Receiving tomb are printed on the certificate. If the remains are removed to a lot in this cemetery before Nov. 12th $3.00 of the amount paid will be returned. The fee for opening a grave is also included if a brick is wanted a deducation of $5.00 from the regular charge is made. The selection of the lot had better be attended to on the lot, in person.
