Dear Sir

I have seen Mr. Longfellow in regard to the new map.

He tells me he can make the alterations as proposed on the old stone and then take an impression on the new stone and print from that -

In this way he says he can give good impressions, and at the same time we shall not be obliged to buy a new stone.

Respectfully J.W.Lovering S.

Mr Safford,

Dear Sir

[diagram: triangular lot with plots 1,2,3 marked]

In Lot 2328, on Rosemary Path plan build the following as per plan - Build 3 brick graves for enough back from front fence to allow gate to open - Remove into No.2 the body in Grave now covered with Myrtle, preserving Myrtle & replanting it if possible - Remove into No.1 the body in Grave (A) in corner placing remains in new box - Leave No.3 vacant Use same sod if possible - If lot is wide enough for 4 brick graves in a row, remove C to 4th brick grave between No.1 and fence. If not, remove the body to point of lot without making a brick grave, put it in a box if desirable - Build 2 foundations at Nos. 1 & 2, 2'4" long x 1'2" wide this work is to be done just as soon as sods can be replaced without injury. Leave grade of sod below the fence.

Hon. C. B. Goodrich

Dear Sir,

Your favor of inst. to rec'd in reply would say, our foreman has examined the slabs and reports them not very dirty and estimates the cost of cleaning them at about six dollars ($6.00). We should like to clean them if you desire it done; if however you desire to employ somebody else it would be perfectly proper to do so but it would be necessary for the party to obtain a permit from the Secretary.

Respectfully James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.
