Contract for Perpetual Repair of Lot 177

The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots had contracted for the perpetual care of lot numbered one hundred and seventy-seven (177)^(Isaac H. Spring) for the sum of four hundred dollars. _

Voted that said contract be concurred in.

Dear Sir

In answer to your inquiry as to lot 3665 - Eaton the lot is not in such condition as to need sodding. I think if the long grass were cut down, top dressing put on and the lot taken care of next year the grass would come up all right. It would cost $1 to cut the grass and clean up the lot this fall before top dressing and the other charges at the usual rates.
