Madam
I fixed the fence on your lot #2200 is in rather bad condition To put it in fair repair, scrape and paint it will, cost $15.
I would advise you to remove the fence. The old material will pay for removing, recutting 4 corner posts, cutting the number of lot on one of them and filling and sodding over old post holes.
The lot will very soon require resodding. This may be saved by having the grass cared for and regularly trimmed next season. and having it seeded and watered. The charge for usual care is $3 and for seeding, weeding and watering $2.
Very respectfully James W. Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt.
