H.B. Sargeant Esq.

D Sir

I have your favor of The facts in regard to the space between your lot & Mr Blanchard are these.

There is room enough for a small lot there, but by the by laws you + Mr. Blanchard have the right to purchase if you see fit. Mr. B. has expressed his desire to take a part or all of the space between lots, leaving a passageway of 3 feet between this addition + your lot. If you don't desire to purchase I shall sell to him + he will add it to his present lot 1857.

If neither of you take it, I shall

sell to Mr. Dickinson of Cambridge who wishes to buy it for a small lot.

Please let me know whether you have any desire to take any of it that I may be prepared to act with Mr Blanchard -

Yours truly James W. Lovering Supt

Gentlemen

Your favor enclosing proofs is rec'd; the printing is entirely satisfactory and you need not trouble yourself to send proofs of the other slips but may follow the same style = You understand that different colors of paper are to be used, if of same quality as sample you send, it will do.

Yours truly James W. Lovering Supt. J.E.C.
