I suppose by putting the lot in order, you mean grading & sodding it and setting the four customary boundary posts, but before I begin the work, I would like to hear from you again, so as to prevent any chance of mistake.

The Gatekeeper, who sold you your lot #4286 says he mentioned $125. as the estimated price of grading & sodding, setting posts, and cutting number, and after looking over the items I think the price charged is only a fair amount for the work done.
