Representation of Lots
Upon the petition of the parties in interest representatives were designated for the several lots in connection with which they are named as follows: _
Wm R. Austin of Dorchester, one of the trustees under the will of Wm Austin, deceased, late proprietor of lot no. 159.
Annie P. Andrews of Boston, daughter of Henry Andrews deceased, late proprietor of lot no. 390. _
Charles P. Curtis of Winchester, son of Chas P. Curtis deceased proprietor of Lot no. 443.

There were present Messrs Adams, Austin _ Bowditch, Cheever, Lovejoy, Norcross, Read & Sleeper. 8.

The President being absent Mr Read was chosen Chairman pro tempore
The record of the last meeting was read.
Sale of lot to Mrs Dr W. T. G. Morton at minimum price _
At the request of Mr Bowditch, it was Voted. That the Committee on lots be authorized to approve the sale of a burial lot to the widow of Dr W T G. Morton, at the minimum value of one dollar per foot
Respecting sale of land to City of Cambridge _
The Hon. C H. Saunders, Mayor of Cambridge, appeared before the Board in behalf of the Commissions of the Cambridge Cemetery, to explain the proposition of the City to purchase of this Corporation a strip of land from the Stone Meadow adjoining said Cemetery.
The matter being already in the hands of the Committee on Grounds for report thereon, no further action was taken.
Amendt to Act of Incorpn to be again entered on record _
The Act in addition to the act incorporating the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, recently passed by the Legislature and approved on the , was read.
