I have yours of in regard to Mr Rayner's lot.
The entrance cannot well be on the lower side - it must be on the upper side or on the N side better still.
I find on looking at the lot that it cannot be graded w/ much without injury to the lots below, so you better pitch your curbing 2 1/4" to foot.

Your favor enclosing proofs is rec'd; the printing is entirely satisfactory and you need not trouble yourself to send proofs of the other slips but may follow the same style = You understand that different colors of paper are to be used, if of same quality as sample you send, it will do.

A.J. Breed has requested permission to keep a horse & carriage at the Cemetery for the accommodation of visitors.
His success at Forest Hills has induced him to try here & he agrees, if permission is given him to furnish a vehicle &c which shall be acceptable to the Corporation.
The sods on the upper part of Auburn Lake, which I called your attention to a few days ago, can be replaced for $90. ~
