James M. Cook Esq.

Dear Sir

If approved by our trustees (as would probably be the case) I will sell you a strip of land 2 feet wide running the whole length of the back of your lot if your neighbor^proprietors of Lot 2473 will take an equal width at the back of his. The price would probably be $1.50 pr foot.

Respectfully J.W.Lovering Supt

Jonathan Mann Esq.

Dear Sir

In regard to the border for tomb lots 4272 & 4273 - you will find but 6 feet allowed on the certificate as it was thought best not to push them too far into the hill.

If you are not satisfied with this, I suppose you are not bound to take the lots, and on looking over the matter I think 6 feet is the best distance.

Respectfully J.W. Lovering -
