Dear Madam

The cost of painting the Fence around Lot #702 Walnut Av will be $6.00/100 (say six dollars). As regards soddings over whatever part of your Lot is necessary I would ^^advise you not to have it ^^done till fall as it is too late in the season, the expense thereof w^d be from four to five dollars. Subject ot your order in the fall I shall be happy to have the sodding attended to.
