The terms to which Mr Brown offers are $25.00 for the pasturing season, to be paid in manure.

The 75 tons is of rather inferior quality as regards regularity of Shape requiring more labor to fit it for use.

and then to turn the fence across the middle of Stone Farm as represented on Plan (F) just back of the Barn.

The present stockade might by taken down without any evil effect, I think in that retired place and put up anew without keeping the subordinate fence whole all the time.

If any stockades are left, it would be wanted at the Stone Meadow lot, where a stockade enclosure, in which to keep derricks and other large implements is much needed as well as a front fence along Coolidge Avenue.
