To the Honourable the Judges of Frederick County Court -

The Petition of David Morrison Humbly shewith, that a Judgement was rendered against your Petitioner for the sum of five pounds six shillings and one penny half penny current money debt and the sum of one pound three shillings and nine pence like money -- Damages and costs, in favour of a certain Greenberry Petticord, on the thirteenth day of October last, by John Huston Esquire a Justice of the peace in and for Frederick County, which said Judgement your Petitioner avers is against the Equity and right of the and from which he has prayed an appeal to this Honourable Court, and now prays that the same may be here in- quired into and reversed & soforth

The petition of Jacob Winter of Frederick County humbly showeth that on the twenty seventh day of July, in the year, eighteen hundred and twelve, at Frederick County aforesaid a Judgement was rendered by John Huston Esquire a Justice of the peace for Frederick County aforesaid, against your petitioner in favour of Jonathan Haslett for the sum of twenty dollars debt with Interest from date & one dollar, twenty six & 1/2 cents in a trial then and there had before him the said John Huston in which the said Jonathan Haslett was plaintiff and the said Jacob Winter was Defendant -- which Judgment your petitioner avers is unjust and contrary to the equity and right of the matter & ought to have been in favour of your petitioner, and from which said Judgment your
