Dear Brother

I write this to you
hoping you may get it before
you leave for Taliaferro Court.
I shall write to Judge Thomas
by the same mail denoting my
letter to Sparta. I wish you to send
down to our office and get that
letter for him & see that he gets it.
I can not be at our court. Apart
from public business here. I can
not go. I am too unwell to risk
the travel. I am very bad off
today - cannot leave my room
