On motion of Mr Potts the following
resolution was unanimously
adopted, "Resolved that the treasurer
"of St John's be authorized to pay
"all proper accounts & four Sunday
"School - when said accounts are
"marked correct by the supt. [superintendant?] of the
"sunday school and that he
"charge said accounts to the church
"and report them every six months
"to the vestry.
On motion the meeting then
adjourned
