Sir:
I will build a double dwelling for Light Keepers at Cape Foulweather, Oregon, according to the plans and specifications of a building adopted for Cape Disappointment, W.T., for the sum of Eleven thousand five hundred dollars ($11500) U.S. Gold coin; said building to be enclosed by the 1st of November, 1871, and completed by the 30th of June 1872.
