Rear Admiral W.B. Shubrick
Chairman Light House board,
Washington, D.C.

Sir:

I have the honor to transmit a copy of my letter dated August 5 mailed from this office same date inclosing for approval duplicate contracts for full and final completion of Light House at Yaquina Bay, Oregon. Also one copy of contract with C.F. Brown for building L.K. dwelling at Cape Disappointment, Wash. Ter.

The receipt of this letter has never been acknowledged and I am in doubt whether it has reached the L.H. Board. I stated in that letter the copies of contracts sent were the last in this office and if they were lost in the mail. I would respectfully request copies of the contracts in the Office of the L.H. Board.

Very respectfully,
Your obedient servant,

Henry M. Robert
Maj. of Eng'rs & L.H. Eng'r,
