Sir,

annexed is an application from Mr J. Smith
of Marton Lodge Flambro' who is agent for Walter
Strickland Esqr who is Lord of the Manor for that
District requesting payment of remainder of proceeds
of wreck delivered to the late Mr Stephenson & to
myself.

Mr Strickland has made good his title to the
same see papers annexed to your order no 5189
Registered 4' May 1857.

all the articles referred to below were delivered to
the Receiver subsequent to 10' augst 1854 viz:
