"Lady Seale" No 3. 22/3/60
IV no 1078 Regtd 20/3/60

The steam vessel herein {referred to} mentioned "Lady Seale"
was stranded at Withernsea on the 29 Jany last, - the
master made his declaration before the Receiver of wreck
at Grimsby, - Geo Milne Coast Guard Officer in charge at
Holmpton, - together with John Sherwood and Rd Britton
took possession of her, - the master did not make his
appearance at the vessel for 3 or 4 days after, - she was
subsequently visited by an owner and agent for Lloyds

Milne and the other two men employed Labourers and
the vessel was got off on the 6 mth, - and brought to Hull

All expenses hvae been paid and Milne and party
agreed before me to take £80 for their services, which
has been paid, - and thus divided, - Milne £40, each
{of her} of the other men £20, - the particulars will appear
in my account at the termination of the quarter

articles belonging to the vessel "Capital" of Goole, -
wrecked at Withernsea on the 26th Oct 1859, - the receipt
of which be pleased to acknowledge to, Sir
your obdt st. J.S.
