A few months back I borrowed
from your department a Buoy, -
for the purpose of marking the position
of the Wreck of the Vessel "Branford" in
Patrington Haven _ which is now
no longer necessary, - The Board
of Trade have therefore desired me
to retain the same, - I will therefore
thank you to bring the subject under
the Notice of the Elder Bretheren with a
View to its removal and will feel
obliged by your informing me
whether any expenses will be
incurred thereby, - or whether you
will remove it with your own
