copy of the Affidavit of Mr Rivers, Master of
the "Scandinavian" from Gothenburg - which
Vessel came in collision with a Prussian
Barque - and the last named Vessel sank.
I have charged £1- for the
Affidavit. Have I done right.

A boat 15 foot long marked
"Accommodation" of Goole 'John Taylor - Master"
without oars or bottom Boards has been washed
on shore at Easington. I am informed that
both the Owner and the Master reside at Selby.
Will you have the goodness to inquire
respecting these parties - informing them
of the circumstance, - and appraize me of the
result.
