Dear Sir, You will confer a favor by
informing me whether you have Apple Seedlihngs
one or two years old, & what is the least
you can afford 10.000 for, which would be
the best to graft in the spring.

How far you would graft from the ground
or surface, or if it would be best to graft
at the surface or below it.

Also what Varieties, & how many trees
you would graft of each variety.

& if you were to set out an orchard
of 500 trees what varieties & how
many of each you wouold set.

My land is dry prairie with a northern
slope.
