Your's being date the 4th inst enclosing bill for Trees was only veer -

I leave for NY. Monday mony to be gone a week or so and owing to the disappointment of getting money due the 1st of the month, it wilnot be convenient to pay you the amount of your bill until after I return from N.Y. wich I trust will be satisfactory.

My trees loook well having taking much pains in sitting & the weather having been quite favor= able for transplanting

It will afford me great pleasure to avail my self of your kind inv=

tation and will most certainly do so as early as I can.
