I should like so much to see you &
your flock , but I am tied here till
my work of education is finished
Ch has passed his last go – after two
times only. And in spite of loss of
time in consequence of his accident
when his arm was 16 days in splints
so I am very satisfied with him –
and I feel it is the best answer
to those who have doubted as to his
home education &c –

Vigant is still at home working with
a Tutor – I have the joy just now of
both at home together – C: for the 'long'
and he is working 3 times daily
with Vigants tutor now – until we
leave early in August

I am going with a Davidson hence to
Contrexéville near Belfort
