An Indictment been found at the March Term, 1954, of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, against Elbert Weldon for the offence of Retailing

you are therefore commanded forthwith, to arrest the said defendent and commit him to Jail, unless he give bail to answer such indictment; and that you return this writ according to law. Attest: Wilie H Pope Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County. Dated this 17th day of May 1859.
