Commanded to Subpoena Benjamin G
Wilson administrator of all and
singular the Estate of Benjamin Wilson decd.
personally to be and appear before
the Probate Court of Law County at the
Probate Judges offen thereof on the
2 Monday in September next then
and there on oath at the instance
of Nancy Cost by her friend and
Guardian John P West to answer. if he
is indebted to Benjamin F Randall
if he has any of the Effects of Said
Benjamin F Randall in his possession
and if he Knows of any one
Else indebted to or having the
Effects of Said B F Randall
in his or their possession and also
to Show cause if any he Can why
Judgment Should not be rendered
against him on the pursusis fail
