Summons Edmond King J.P. Morgan Thos Harison
T.J. Whatley if to be found in your county to
appear before me or some other Justice of the peace
in and for said county at my office in Montevallo
on the 5^th day of Nov 1855 to give evidence in a certain
case wherein the State of Alabama is Plff. and Edmond
Moore slave is Deft. in behalf of the State herein
fail not and make due return as the law directs
