of said county Greeting
you are hereby commanded
to Summons T.J. Whatley to appear at Columbiana
on the 4^th day of Decr 1855 to Give evidence in
a certain case there pending where in the State of
Alabama is Plff and Edmond a slave belonging to
Est of John Moore is deft in behalf of the State
herein fail not to Execute and make due return
according to law
