Personally came before me H Sumner
an acting Justice of the peace in and
for said county. Shelby King who being duly sworn upon
his oath Saith that on the 31^st day of October 1855 he hath
good reason to believe and does believe that Edmond a Slave
belonging to the Est of John Moore Decd. at Columbiana committed
the crime of Perjury
