My dear Mother
It is very nice that they have been
able to sell Mr.Brinley's house. I should think that
it would go a long way towards supporting cousin
Mary if they received a good price for it. Cousin
Frank Wharton thinks as thee does that it is won-
derful how Cousin Kate's family keep up so I sup-
pose that they quality comes from the Brinley
and not from the Whartons. The Mr. Smith in
the last Phillipian was myself. I hope that
thee will enjoy the lunch at Mrs. vackers. Is
Jack's neck getting better does thee think? Anna's
letter has not comeyet. I feel very well W.W.S
